What to expact and what you will get at our coliving house. Here at franz&mathilde coliving and workation retreat, we aim to provide up to 10 guests with a quiet and private working environment, as well as the opportunity to network and socialise with our other coworking and coliving guests.

The
workcafe
Our work cafe is the heart of our house. We use the room to work, chill out, talk, family dinners, movie nights and drink various coffee beverages. You can simply take local drinks such as aperitifs or beers from our fridge and enjoy them on our terrace or garden. Enjoy our speciality coffee roasted by Süssmund from Vienna.
outdoor space
Start the day with a cup of coffee, a breath of fresh air and watch the sunrise on our terrace lying in our deck chair. If the sun in moving, just follow her to our little garden, where you’ll find a hammock under our greengage tree. When it gets colder, we make fire at the fire bowl, get some drinks and let the starry sky enchant us.
The kitchen
In our well-equipped kitchen you will find everything you need. Each coliver has its own shelf and a private compartment in the fridge. We always provide you with fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs from our own garden. A filter coffee machine as well as various teas are at your disposal.
