Fourteen days of brewing, exploring mountain peaks and slopes, connecting with coffee lovers, and slowing down. Work and enjoy high quality coffee next with crisp alpine air and snow-dusted summits.

Each morning after breakfast begins with a fresh brew and the daily Guest Coffee Tasting—bring your favorite specialty beans from home to present and share with the group as we explore new flavor profiles together.

Enjoy the Coliving next to coffee experiences and outdoors adventures. We will master the basics of specialty coffee, try out different brewing methods, visit a local roastery, and get creative during a hands-on ceramic workshop where you’ll paint your very own coffee mug to take home. One of the highlights will be our Coffee on the Mountain day: a winter hike to a freezing alpine lake, a refreshing ice dip for the brave, and brewing hot, fresh coffee right on the summit.

Evenings are calm and cozy with family dinners and plenty of time for coliving, deep conversations, reading, or simply relaxing after a day in the cold.
