This Magical April, spring awaits you where the breathtaking Italian Dolomites meet peaceful apple orchards at the height of the Northern-Italian Alps.

The Spring Tao and Healing Program offers a welcoming introduction and experiential journey into Tao Meditation and Healing Practices as a conscious way of living: whether you are a beginner, simply curious, or an experienced practitioner seeking healing, a thermal spa day, and a spiritual cacao ceremony beneath the towering beauty of the Dolomites.

Your mornings begin with a Tao Meditation practice to harmonize energy and flow, followed by a high-quality, freshly served breakfast.

Throughout the day, our high-end coliving space provides a comfortable, quiet environment to work, create, and rest.

In the afternoons, we nap, gather for warm conversations, shared reading and 2 Arts & Crafts workshops during the week (in additional pay).

In the evenings, we’ll gather for a in-depth group Healing Session, the flag program of hope.now.meditation Stories for Healing practice.

Mid week, we will dedicate for pampering day to visit a relaxing local spa in the gorgeous town of Merano. You can unwind in hot saunas, soothing steam rooms, thermal pools and Jacuzzi’s.
(Entrance fee is additional up to €70, with optional massages available for an extra charge. The participation is optional.)

To conclude our week together, we share a uniquely crafted Cacao Ceremony: a sweet, heart-opening ritual to weave our journey together.
